Return policy

Hopefully, you are completely satisfied with your order. If not? You have 14 days (after receiving your order) to return it. The shipping costs for a return shipment are at your own expense.

Send your package back to us within 14 days of receipt in the original undamaged packaging. Pack the item along with the completed return form. Also, make sure that the items cannot move freely in the package to prevent damage during the transport of the jewelry. Don't forget to mention the order number!
